February 24, Sunday, marks the 30th day of my fitness regime.
And it is on that day that I measure myself again after 4 weeks of daily cardio, stretching, a little bit of weight training, and watching my food intake.
I'm doing a minimum of 90 days for my well-researched-but-self-designed system in order to reach my ideal body. Naks naman! How professional kunwari!
Kaya from today until Sunday, I will be doing intense 40-50 minute cardio every morning before I go to work. I will also supplement it with fun-relaxing cardio activities that are 20-minutes or less when I get home.
