Results - 30 Days

I've got the results for the first 30 days of my fitness regime! I lost:

4 lbs
Total of 6 inches (arms, waist, hip, butt, thighs, etc)

Not the amazing results we always see, but I'm not complaining. I'm very happy and inspired! I also feel so strong, and I can complete the workouts with high intensity all throughout.

Now, I'm gearing up for another 30 days of training. I'm following a more intense workout rotation which includes daily cardio and strength training at least 4 times a week.

I need all the support, guys!
