98-102

I don't understand.
I've been doing it for 60 days now...
still with no great results.

Do I need to be more disciplined?
Am I doing things wrong?

Maybe it's true that it's hardest for the last 10-15.

I just find myself lost...
I'm getting desperate.

Do desparate situations really call for desparate measures?

    baka nasa kinakain mo. lam mo un, kahit konti baka mataas sa carbs (nga ba?).

    eniwei, pedeng akin na lang yung excess?
